The National Transmission and Dispatch Company (NTDC), soon to be renamed the National Grid Company (NGC), is a government agency responsible for managing the high-voltage power transmission network across Pakistan and Azad Jammu and Kashmir.

Eligibility Criteria:
Education:
- A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering and a Masters or Ph.D. is preferred.
Experiences:
- Minimum 20 years of post qualification experience, three years in a Grade 20+ position or as CEO/Managing Director.
Terms of Agreement:
- Three-year initial contract, extendable.
- Competitive, market-based compensation package based on qualifications and experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop strategic business plans and streamline organizational structures.
- Establish mechanisms and procedures for productivity and project management.
- Implement merit-based performance and competitive compensation systems.
- Comply with contractual terms of reference, KPIs and other targets.
