Eligibility Criteria:
- Educational Qualification: Graduation or equivalent.
- Experience: At least 5 years of experience at a senior level in a bank (eg, Executive Vice President or equivalent).
- Age Limit: 40 to 62 years
- Gender: Both male and female
- Domicile: AJK
- Skills: Adequate knowledge of banking operations, risk management, and leadership skills is essential.

Terms and conditions for appointment:
- Selected candidates will be residing in Muzaffarabad Azad Jammu and Kashmir.
- The initial contract is for 3 years with an extension on mutual agreement.
- The position comes with competitive salary and allowances as per market standards.
