Pakistan Mineral Development Corporation (PMDC), a government agency under the administrative control of the Ministry of Energy (Petroleum Division), Government of Pakistan, is offering a Management Trainee Programme. This is a one-year contract, on-the-job training opportunity designed to nurture and develop young professionals in key sectors.
Please note that this training does not constitute an employer-employee relationship, and PMDC has no obligation to offer permanent employment upon completion of the training period.

Eligibility Criteria:
- Educational Qualification: Candidates with Bachelor’s, MBA, ACCA, ACMA, CIMA or Master’s degrees are eligible to apply.
- Experience: As per PM&DC Criteria.
- Age Limit: 28 years
